Using Your Mitra

• Your Mitra provides personalized digital and physical storybooks designed for families. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• You agree to provide accurate information when customizing stories so that we can deliver the best product possible.
• Any content you upload (like your child's photo) must belong to you or you must have the right to use it.

Products & Pricing

• Prices are shown in your store's currency: Indian Rupees on the India store and US dollars on the US store (yourmitra.com/us). Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• US store: Digital Storybook — $14.99. Includes story video, read-along book with audio narration, and downloadable PDF. Star Moments — $4.99 (story reel and mini storybook). Payment is in US dollars. Hardcover books are available on the India store only.
• India store: Digital Storybook — starting at ₹499 (launch offer, normally ₹599). Includes interactive flipbook with audio narration, story video, and downloadable PDF.
• India store: Premium Package — starting at ₹1,499 (launch offer, normally ₹1,999). Includes everything in the Digital Storybook plus a premium hardcover book with free shipping across India.
• Orders for digital formats are fulfilled instantly; physical books are produced and shipped within the timelines communicated during checkout.
• All sales are final, as each story is custom-created specifically for your child.

• We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your personalized story, we will redo it at no extra cost to ensure you're completely satisfied.
• To request a quality redo, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your digital story or hardbound book with specific concerns about the quality.
• Our goal is to ensure every customer is delighted with their personalized story experience.

Shipping and Delivery

• Digital stories are delivered instantly within 10 minutes via SMS and email after your order is placed.
• Premium hardbound books are carefully crafted and shipped within 7-10 business days across India.
• We provide free shipping for all physical book orders within India.
• You will receive tracking information once your hardbound book is dispatched.
• For any delivery issues or delays beyond the promised timeline, please contact our support team for immediate assistance.

Intellectual Property

• Story content, artwork, and platform assets are owned by Your Mitra and protected by copyright.
• We grant you a personal license to use the storybooks you purchase for non-commercial household use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or use Your Mitra content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized activity.
• Respect other users and our team. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse our services.
• Ensure the information you submit does not infringe on the rights of others or violate applicable laws.

Text messages (SMS): Your Mitra Order Updates

• Program: Your Mitra Order Updates, from Your Mitra (YOURMITRA MEDIA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED). If you tick the text message box at checkout and give us your mobile number, we text you about your order: confirmations, when your storybook, story video or Star Moments are ready, and replies to your support requests. We do not send marketing texts.
• Message frequency varies (about 1–4 messages per order). Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email support@yourmitra.com.
• Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
