Event Planner Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Your Mitra event planning platform. By registering as an event planner, you agree to the following conditions.

Platform Access & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate as an event planner or business entity in India.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Your Mitra reserves the right to suspend or terminate planner accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

You are responsible for accurately setting up event details including event type, date, time, expected guest count, and package selection.
You must ensure all guest registrations contain valid contact information for story delivery.
You are responsible for communicating event timelines and package details to your guests and clients.

You must obtain appropriate consent from guests before collecting and submitting their personal information (names, phone numbers, photos) through the platform.
Guest photos are used exclusively for personalized story generation and are automatically deleted within 48 hours of processing.
You must not use guest data collected through the platform for any purpose other than the event for which it was collected.
You agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws when handling guest information.

Guest packages are priced at fixed rates: Digital Story at INR 349 per child and Digital + Hardcover at INR 749 per child.
Host packages for birthday events: Hardcover at INR 749, Movie at INR 3,299, and Movie + Hardcover at INR 3,599.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment collection from guests and settlement with planners follows the terms agreed upon during onboarding.

We stand behind the quality of every personalized story. If a guest is not satisfied with the quality, we will redo their story at no extra cost.
Quality redo requests must be submitted within 7 days of digital delivery or hardbound book receipt with specific concerns.
The redo policy covers quality issues only and does not apply to subjective creative preferences.

Digital stories are generated and delivered within 10 minutes of story creation via SMS and email.
Hardbound books are produced and shipped within 7-10 business days across India with free shipping.
Event planners will be notified of delivery status and can track progress through the dashboard.

All story content, artwork, character designs, and platform assets are owned by Your Mitra and protected by copyright.
Stories purchased through events are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the end recipient.
You may not reproduce, resell, or use Your Mitra content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Your Mitra strives for platform reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Your Mitra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the fees collected for the specific event in question.
We are not responsible for errors in event setup or guest registration caused by inaccurate information provided by the planner.
